It can be applied onto a concrete base after some base preparation works. The Acrylic Concrete System was invented after lengthy formulation research, achieving the highest quality possible through the use of 100% resist reinforced powder for in-depth pigmentation to produce an extremely hard wearing, durable and excellent surface coating concrete.

The Asphalt System
1. BASE COURSE: Asphaltic base with 150 mm crusher run and 50 mm asphalt.
2. FILLER COURSE: An acrylic resurfacer blended with approved silica sand for treating voids and minor surface defects for new or existing asphalt surfaces.
3.TEXTURE COURSE: By adjusting the amount and gradation of sand used in this course, the speed, and traction of the court are thus determined.
4. FINISH COURSE: A final coat creates a vibrant and durable finish that is highly resistant to ultraviolet rays and harsh weather.
Acrylic Court Preventive Maintenance
1. Keep Court Free of Leaves and Compostable Material
When dirt, falling leaves, and foreign matter decay, they can lead to the premature deterioration of the surface. Ensure users do not bring mud or contaminating material onto the surface.
2. Court Cleanliness
A court should be kept clean at all times by cleaning the court at least once every month. Let the surface of the court dry thoroughly before playing.
3. Maintenance Equipment
Correct equipment should be used when cleaning the court. Use a broom with soft nylon or hair type. Do not brush, sweep or scrub too hard as the surface can be damaged by doing so.
